2025 Zionsville Lions Club Vocational Scholarship

The Zionsville Lions Club will be awarding a vocational scholarship of up to $2,000.00 ($1,000.00 per year for a vocational training program not to exceed two years) to a graduating senior residing in Boone County, Indiana. The recipient must be a resident of Boone County for at least two years. The student must participate in a post secondary vocational training program or attend an accredited vocational/trade school to completion.

Please note that dependents of Zionsville Lions Club members are ineligible to apply for this award.


The Lions Club Vocational Scholarship will be awarded based on the following criteria:

  1. Service to the community, which may be local, state, national or international

  2. Essay/Recommendation


The following must be submitted with the completed application form:

  1. Short Essay on how community service has influenced your development

  2. Two (2) letters of recommendation

  3. Transcript of high school credits with GPA of 2.0 or above


The Zionsville Lions Club Scholarship Committee may choose to interview candidates. Interested students should complete the application and submit it to scholarships@zionsvillelions.com by Saturday, March 1, 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. The scholarship recipient will be announced at the Senior Awards Night at their school.
